Objective Of AP Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Scheme
The main objective of Jagannan Saswata Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Yojana is to collect land digital records through a comprehensive research process so that no one can tamper with the records in future.
Through this initiative, QR code-based smart title cards will be issued to the landowner with the name of the property owner with a unique identifier, image and QR code to secure all future transactions.
A written notice will also be provided to the landowner. This system will double-check the registration of the land. Other than that, the role of intermediaries in executing transactions will also be eliminated. This system will also help to deny any changes in land records without the landowner’s knowledge.

- Other than the role of middlemen to carry out transactions will be eliminated. This scheme will also help to rule out any changes in the land record without the knowledge of the landowner
Jagananna Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Scheme Benefits And Features
The Government of Andhra Pradesh launched the Jaganna Saswata Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Yojana on 18 January This initiative will initiate a comprehensive re-surveying program to compile a digital record of the landscape.
This will prevent anyone from destroying land records in the future. Soon after completion of comprehensive re-survey, land registration will commence at the ward/village registrar’s office. Once the survey is done, the landowner will be issued smart title cards based on a QR code.
The nationwide exercise begins Dec. 21. The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has also reviewed the preparations ahead of the comprehensive reassessment process. Government agencies have also been directed to strengthen the security features of digital records with a rotation of experts.
The owner will also be given a title deed to the land. It will also raise public awareness of the benefits of land and property reappraisal. The land titles will have the name of the property owner along with a unique ID, photo and QR code to secure all future transactions.
A digital map of each village and ward will also be produced along with details of degree holders. The survey stones will be prepared by completing the survey without error.
The complaints will be stored in the Secretariat Digital Property Register, property registers and a separate complaints register. Under this programme, 1.26 lakh square kilometers of villages, towns and forest land have been surveyed.
