Tamil Pudhalavan Yojana 2024:- Kalluri Kanavu 2024 was conducted for Class 12 students today at Anna Shatabdi Library in Kotturpuram, Chennai under the Naanmuthuvan program of the Tamil Nadu government. Over 1,000 school children attended the event along with Chief Secretary Sivadasmeena, Deputy Chief Secretary Murugananda and School Education Secretary Kumar Gurubaran. Chief Secretary Sivdas Meena announced that under the Tamizh Pudhalavan Scheme, government school children will get a stipend of Rs. 1000, starting in July. 31st July 2024 Update:- CM M K Stalin to launch Tamil Pudhalvan Scheme on August 9 in Coimbatore

On Wednesday, Chief Minister M K Stalin said he would launch the ‘Tamil Pudhalavan’ project on August 9 in Coimbatore. Under this scheme, male college students who studied in government schools will get Rs 1,000 per month.

Our state has launched various education-related initiatives, such as the ‘Pudhumai Pen’ scheme, which provides Rs 1,000 to women who complete their education in government schools and enroll in post-secondary education.

As many as 2.73 lakh students benefit from the ‘Pudhumai Pen’ scheme. Stalin announced several new projects for his Kolathur district. These include Deputy Registration Officers, Fire Officers, Police Officers, Taluk Officers and Deputy Commissioners of Police. He promised that they would be installed soon.
