This scheme is also known as DDA Middle Class Housing Scheme The registration period for the flat will commence on August 22, 2024. Around 5,531 flats are available under the DDA General Housing Scheme 2024, ranging in price from ₹29 lakh to ₹2.18 crore.

These will be located in places like Narela, Jasola and Loknayakpuram. First come first served policy applies to this policy.

First of all, go to the official website of the Delhi Development Authority DDA i.e., https://www.dda.gov.in/
The homepage will open on the screen.

Now, select the scheme for which you want to apply and click on the apply option
A new page will open with the guidelines.

Read the guidelines carefully and click on the proceed button
The registration form will open
Now, fill in the form with all the required details like Name, email id, Mobile Number, Aadhar card Number, etc
Then, attach all the required documents
After that, click on the submit button to complete the process

Now, enter your username and the password
After that, enter the captcha code and click on the Login button to get logged in
