Features of CIDCO New Housing Scheme

CIDCO launched a new housing scheme on Monday, the day of Krishna Janmashtami celebrations. All sections of society will benefit from this scheme to get their decent homes. In total, 38 units have been set aside for low-income groups.

In Navi Mumbai, 175 units have been reserved for the general category in the established nodes of Kalamboli, Kharghar and Ghansoli. The remaining 689 units are located in Kharghar, Cidco’s dream come true and a celebration of architecture.

Every flat in this project is ready to move in so there will be no waiting for an owner. With the help of this scheme, residents can fulfill their desire for a home in the city. Officials also revealed that these complexes are connected by metros, roads and trains
