Features of Rythu Bharosa Runa Mafi App

The government has launched “Raitu Bharosa Crop Loan Waiver App” to register the details of farmers who are not eligible for loan waiver.

Officials will begin incorporating information into the app on August 27, Agriculture officials at every level from states to divisions and districts will have access to the Runamafi app.

Officials will be tasked with collecting information on farmers who have been excluded from the loan waiver program and entering their information into the app.

Regardless of eligibility, officials will conduct door-to-door surveys and interview each farmer about their selection. Documents, Aadhaar cards and other details of the farmers will also be checked by government agents while in the fields
