Telangana Gig Workers Insurance Scheme 2024
The program for gig workers was inaugurated by CM Reddy during their program in Hyderabad. He assured the workers that the Rajasthan Employment Policy will be formulated by our government and new laws will be framed in the upcoming Assembly session.
They said all gig workers, who own autorickshaws, taxis, or work in online food delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato, will soon be covered by a contingency insurance policy of Rs 5 lakh under Telangana Gig Worker The insurance base will be | pattern. Moreover, Arogyashree Telangana will allow all the policyholders to enroll in this emergency policy and avail coverage up to Rs 10 lakh per annum.
