DDA e-Auction 2024:- Under the Festival Special Housing Scheme 2024, Delhi Development Authority will start offering its premium flats and penthouses for e-auction from January 5, 2024. Registration for MIG flats and luxury apartments with penthouses , opened on November 30 evening.
Prospective buyers are responding favorably, and on January 5, we will begin accepting MIG luxury rentals. A breakdown of the plan may be released next week. Each flat will be sold including Super HIG, HIG (High Income Group), MIG and Penthouses.

DDA e-Auction 2024 Apartments Types
The DDA offers three types of apartments under the luxury segment: Super HIG, HIG, and penthouses. The Authority is selling fourteen duplex penthouses, each with four bedrooms and 424 square meters of plinth space.

Similar to this, the DDA is selling 946 HIG flats and 170 super HIG flats in the same complex located in Sector 19B of Dwarka. The complex features 11 buildings with an estimated construction cost of Rs 700 crore.
Additionally, 963 2BHK MIG flats in Sector 14 of Dwarka and Lok Nayak Puram, a West Delhi neighborhood that the DDA is building, will be put up for auction by the Authority.

DDA e-Auction 2024 Pricing
Super HIG apartments and luxury penthouses will have reserve prices starting from Rs 2.5 crore and Rs 5 crore respectively. A reserve price of Rs 1.4 crore has been fixed for the HIG unit.
The reserve price for MIG flats is as low as Rs 1 crore. The penthouses, other villas and MIG flats in Dwarka and Lok Nayakpur will be allotted through e-auction, unlike the previous DDA scheme where flats were allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
After consulting with real estate experts on the prices of the apartments, an e-commerce platform was chosen to allocate the luxury apartments and MIG apartments

DDA e-Auction 2024 Timing Process
They will start for one hour and will automatically be extended to five minutes if a high bid is offered within the last five minutes. This process will have a limit of 20 iterations. Thus, the maximum duration of each sale is two hours and forty minutes (i.e., first hour + twenty-five minutes).
So for example, if the auction was originally scheduled to take place from 11am to 12pm and no bids were received between 11.55am and 12pm, the final auction would be delayed until 12.05pm.

Further, if any bids are received between 12 PM and 12.05 PM, the bid closing will be extended to 12.10 PM. This process can be repeated 20 times, which means that the closing time can be extended up to 01.40. At the end of the bidding period, the system will display the message “Bidding Time Over” on the screen.
Increment
Every kind of flat has a minimum increment. In other words, a bidder must quote at least this much higher than the highest price that is already on the table. The bidder must quote at least this much more than the Reserve price if no bid has been made as of yet. The values of the increment are listed below:

Procedure to Participate in DDA e-Auction 2024
- First of all, visit the official website i.e., https://dda.etender.sbi/SBI/
- After selecting Login, enter your password, username, and Captcha or verification code
- Click Auction on the left-hand tab after logging in
- To view all of the active auctions, click on the Live tab
- Click the Click here to bid button on any property
- Click the Agree button after selecting I Agree if you accept the terms and conditions.
- You are now able to access the auction and bidding room.
- The homes booked for that time slot, for which you have submitted your final paperwork, are visible to you.

- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- Click on the Admin tab
- The login page will open on the screen
- Now, enter your email id, password, and the captcha code
