Up to 15% of the loan, above the 85% CGTMSE assurance, is guaranteed. The State Government will pay the annual guarantee fee by CGTMSE. The state government will pay all the interest on the loan. This loan will not require any down payment or processing fees.

Eligibility Criteria for Assam Punya Tirtha Yojana
Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age The maximum age limit for candidates belonging to SC, ST, or PWD categories should be 40 years. - The applicant will use a special webpage to register and submit their application to the Bank.
- Alternatively, the applicant may use Mo-Seva Kendra’s services to apply online.
- Upon application receipt, document and field verification will be carried out by the beneficiary’s designated bank.
- The bank will help the applicant prepare the necessary simplified DPR during field verification to approve the loan.
- After approval and the applicant’s deposit of margin funds, the banks will release the loan amount to the applicant. A committee will be established at the State, District, and Block levels to oversee the Scheme’s efficient execution
