About Ysr Jagananna Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Scheme

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jaganmohan Reddy launched the Jaganna Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Yojana on January 18, 2022.

The scheme will initiate a comprehensive land survey program to compile digital land records. This will prevent anyone from destroying land records in the future.

Inland/Village registration of the land will commence soon after completion of detailed survey again. Upon completion of the survey, the landowner will be issued a smart title card based on a QR code.

The statewide survey will begin Dec. 21. The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has also reviewed the preparations ahead of the commencement of the comprehensive reassessment process.

Government agencies have also been directed to strengthen the security features of digital records with a rotation of experts.

Objective Of AP Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Scheme

The main objective ofJagananna Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Schemeis to collect land digital records through a comprehensive re-analysis system so that no one can tamper with the records in future.

Through this initiative, QR code-based smart title cards will be issued to the landowner with the name of the property owner with a unique identifier, image and QR code to secure all future transactions.

Issuance Of Land Title Card

The owner will also be given a title deed to the land. It will also make the public aware of the benefits of land and property reappraisal. The land titles will have the property owners name and unique certification, photo and QR code to secure all future transactions.

A digital map of each village and ward will also be produced along with details of degree holders. The survey stones will be prepared by completing the survey without error. A written complaint and a separate complaint will be retained in the Registrars Office Digital Property Register.

Under this programme, 1.26 lakh square kilometers of villages, towns and forest lands have been surveyed. The three phases of this survey will cover 17640 villages covering 3345 km of roads in towns and cities including 10 lakhs of open lands and 40 lakhs of surveys.
