177 houses for economically weaker sections as well as 130 houses for lower income groups will be constructed under Jaipur’s Mukh Mantri Jan Awas Yojana in Sector 8, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur. Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora made the announcement. These flats will be priced at Rs 711,000 and Rs 1,111,000 respectively.

The board is also going to construct 1346 flats including 726 section flats for economically weaker and 620 group flats for low income earners in Sector 26 Pratap Nagar. These flats are priced at Rs 7,65,000 and Rs 11,10,000 respectively. Besides, the government is going to construct 808 flats at Bhiwadi Aravali Vihara. Of these flats, 536 flats will be built for low-income sections.

RHB E-Auction Security Deposit

Security deposits for Rajasthan housing facility are given for different category of the economic group:-

• For economically weaker groups – Rs 5,000 as a security deposit.
• For lower and middle-income groups – Rs 25,000 as a security deposit.
• For high income group – Rs 50,000 as a security deposit.

Note – Unsuccessful participants will get their deposit money back after the bidding process is over.

Application Process at RHB E-Auction Portal

To apply for the Rajasthan e-auction facility, the applicant must follow the following application process given below:-

• First, visit the official website

 

• On the home page, click on the tab called e-services
• From the dropdown menu click on Auctions
• A list of past and present auctions will be displayed to you on the screen in the form of a table.
• You can download the notification of any of the auction of your choice.
• From the notification, you can know the detailed information about the auction.

Precautions While Applying at RHB E-Auction

• Any person who wants to buy the flat must bid the house at a higher discount rate than the other bidder.
• Only 30 days’ time will be given to carry on the bidding process for various flats under the Rajasthan state.
• 10% depository money will have to be deposited by the applicant under three days after the auction process.
• The rest of the money must be submitted after 60 days.
• There are two types of discount rates first from 0% to 25% and second from 0% to 5% finalized by the concerned authorities.
• These discount rates will be decided after the examination of the house conditions such as location and other environmental conditions.
• 7075 constructed flats on discounted rates are kept for the auction.
