Payment Schedule OfAP Jagananna Smart Town Scheme(AP జగనన్న స్మార్ట్ టౌన్ పథకం చెల్లింపు షెడ్యూల్)
All eligible persons can apply for lands in the city by paying 10% of the total value. The first installment of the land will be 30% of the total cost due within one month of the contract, additional funds will arrive in another 6 months at 30% and the remaining 30% will have to be paid at the time of registration of the land.
10% of land in the municipality will be reserved for civil servants who do not own their own homes and 20% will be given to them.
The city shall be organized in accordance with the standards of city planning. 50% of the plan will be used for parks, playgrounds, schools, banks and other general needs.
Jagananna Smart Town Plots Compliance(జగనన్న స్మార్ట్ టౌన్ ప్లాట్లు వర్తింపు)
Towns will have 60 feet-wide BT road, 40 feet-wide CC road, footpaths, color tiles, and Avenue plantations. Corpus funds will be set up for the maintenance of the layout. After the development, the layouts will be handed over to the owners.
538 plots were laid in the first installment in the layout which will be laid at navaluru near Mangala Giri. Clear title deed, Town and country planning approval will be provided to the beneficiaries. These plots will be in compliance with the real estate regulatory authority regulations.
