Eligibility Criteria for YEIDA Plot Scheme

Applicants must submit 30% of the total invoice plus GST (where applicable) within 60 days of receipt. The remaining 70% of the total price must be paid in ten equal installments, plus 10% interest.

  3. Between the date of the scheme’s beginning and closing, the properly filled-out and signed application form, the necessary registration fee, and other necessary annexures must be submitted online via net banking.
  4. The application will be denied if any field is left blank, the photo is not pasted, the address is provided incorrectly or incompletely, the declaration has no signature or thumb impression, or the application contains inaccurate information.

Registration Procedure for YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024

Visit the official website of the Yamuna Motorway Industrial Development Authority. Enter your basic log-in details to access the portal. After registering on the portal, new users need to provide basic personal details including name, father’s name, email address, mobile number, some property details and a few important documents, such as sending a handout and proof of your identity.

Log in, download the application form and use your chosen payment method to pay Rs. 500 (Excluding GST) Application fee online. Once in the portal, a form link will appear on the right side of the screen.

You can also get the application form directly from ICICI Bank if you are paying application fee at any of the nearest branches through Demand Draft or Pay Order.

The demand form must be made payable to the “Yamuna Motorway Industrial Development Authority” of New Delhi, Noida, or Greater Noida, and may be drawn in that direction.
