Objectives of YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024
Plot allocation applications for the authority’s residential plot scheme were over 1.50 lakh. Benefits of YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024
The scheme includes several reservation blocks: 25% plots for industrial unit employees allocated by YEIDA, 5% reserved for institution employees allocated by YEIDA, and 5% for ex-servicemen, war widows, and SC /ST category. Eligibility Criteria for YEIDA Plot Scheme
The candidate must be a citizen of India. Must be over fourteen years of age. Only one application per person is allowed. Applications from applicants for plots or flats under any scheme will not be entertained. The annual income of the applicant cannot exceed Rs 3 lakh.
A copy of your income certificate must be submitted with your application. There must also be a state certificate of residency. None of the approved or planning grantees shall be permitted to transfer the allotted land for a period of ten years.
Applicants must submit 30% of the total invoice plus GST (where applicable) within 60 days of receipt. The remaining 70% of the total price must be paid in ten equal installments, plus 10% interest.
Employees in the YIDA region is entitled to reservations
It is recommended that this plan include a storage plan. A maximum of 25% of the investment will go to people working in YIDA-identified sectors. In addition, YDA will provide a five percent reserve for contractor employees.
Further, 5% ex-servicemen, 5% war widows, 5% SC/ST and 4% disabled persons will be eligible for enrolment. The remaining 51% of the plots will be allocated during the opening of applications.

- The application form may be obtained online at the Yamuna authority’s website, by paying Rs 500 plus 18% GST through the payment channel net banking.
- Between the date of the scheme’s beginning and closing, the properly filled-out and signed application form, the necessary registration fee, and other necessary annexures must be submitted online via net banking.
- The application will be denied if any field is left blank, the photo is not pasted, the address is provided incorrectly or incompletely, the declaration has no signature or thumb impression, or the application contains inaccurate information.
Registration Procedure for YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024
Visit the official website of the Yamuna Motorway Industrial Development Authority. Enter your basic log-in details to access the portal. After registering on the portal, new users need to provide basic personal details including name, father’s name, email address, mobile number, some property details and a few important documents, such as sending a handout and proof of your identity.
Log in, download the application form and use your chosen payment method to pay Rs. 500 (Excluding GST) Application fee online. Once in the portal, a form link will appear on the right side of the screen.
You can also get the application form directly from ICICI Bank if you are paying application fee at any of the nearest branches through Demand Draft or Pay Order.
The demand form must be made payable to the “Yamuna Motorway Industrial Development Authority” of New Delhi, Noida, or Greater Noida, and may be drawn in that direction.
YEIDA Plot Scheme Payment Details
