Non-traditional employment schemes for girls:- To increase the proportion of women in the workforce, India will soon launch a program to groom female adolescents between the ages of 14 & 18 for jobs a it is not traditional.
On Wednesday, a senior government official announced that the government would launch a new scheme designed to educate women between the ages of 14 and 18 for non-traditional jobs. The program aims to increase women’s participation in the workforce.
Non-Traditional Jobs Scheme for Girls to be Launched Soon
Women and Child Development Ministry secretary Anil Malik said the survey would begin in two to three weeks. The system is currently being implemented in 27 counties as part of the pilot project, which will eventually be expanded to 218 counties nationwide.
