1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh
2. Those individuals who are having annual income from 3 lakh to 18 lakh can apply under the scheme
3. Applicants having annual income from 3 lakh to 6 lakh are eligible for a 150 square-yard plot
4. Those applicants who are having annual income from 6 lakh to 12 lakh are eligible for 200 square yard plot
5. Applicants having annual income from 12 lakh to 18 lakh are eligible for 240 square yard plot
