• For the first time, the Assam government will provide free textbooks, uniforms and all other necessities required to go to school to all the beneficiaries.
• Assam government has allocated Rs. 1,000 to 1 lakh students for textbooks.
• Rs. 1500 and Rs. 2,000 textbook incentives will be given to students in postgraduate courses.
• The government will pay Rs. 1000 per month will be for all students towards their mess dues.
• The one-time education loan is Rs. 50,000 will be given
• Scooters will be provided to 20,000 female religious students studying in class 12th.
• It will be completely free for the 2020-21 academic year for all admissions students from high school through graduate school.
• This free access will also apply to medical, engineering and polytechnic courses.

• The applicant should be a permanent resident of the State of Assam
• The applicant must be female
• The applicant must have secured first division in Assam State Class 12 Government School Examination
• The applicant should be studying in a government school in Assam
